Individual, personalised therapy

Whatever you are experiencing, whether subtle or overwhelming, it is often a signal that something deeper requires attention.

Feelings of anxiety, depression, panic, stress, overthinking or emotional distress rarely exist in isolation. They are often rooted in relational experiences, whether in intimate relationships, family dynamics, friendships or the workplace. When these patterns are not understood, they can feel confusing, isolating, persistent and difficult to shift. They often come with feelings of self blame or a sense of injustice.

My work focuses on helping you understand what is underpinning your current experiences and supporting you in creating meaningful, lasting change. This is not simply about symptom relief, but about developing clarity, emotional stability and a more grounded sense of self in relation to others and to your life, creating lasting change. I will explain to you how all this works and give you an understanding of why you experience what you do and help you find a way to change. There is no need to suffer needlessly.

How the Work is Structured
Therapy with me is offered either within committed time blocks or as open-ended, rather than on ad hoc basis. This ensures continuity, depth of work and meaningful progress.

We begin by agreeing a regular weekly session time, typically working within an initial block of sessions (6-10 weeks), followed by a structured review. This allows us to assess progress, refine the focus of the work and determine the next stage of therapy.

The length of engagement varies depending on your goals and the nature of the difficulties you are experiencing. As a general principle, the more longstanding and deeply rooted the issue, particularly where it relates to early developmental or relational experiences, the more time and consistency is required to create lasting change.

This work is therefore best suited to those who are willing to engage in a consistent and committed therapeutic process.

My Approach
I tailor therapy to your individual presentation, drawing on a range of evidence-based psychological models, including:

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
Dynamic Interpersonal Therapy (DIT)
Psychodynamic and attachment-based approaches
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT)
Psychosexual work

I am both trauma-informed and neurodiversity-informed, and will guide you through the psychological processes underlying your current difficulties in a structured and considered way.

Neurofeedback
I also offer ILF neurofeedback as either a standalone intervention or integrated alongside therapy.

Neurofeedback sessions are typically delivered in person and may be conducted separately (30-45 minutes) or combined with therapy in extended sessions. This approach can support and, in some cases, accelerate aspects of emotional regulation and recovery.

An initial discussion is required to assess suitability and determine an appropriate course of sessions.

Practical Details
Sessions are held on weekdays between 8:00am and 5:00pm and are available online via WhatsApp, Microsoft Teams. In-person (London, E2) sessions may be available upon request.

Standard therapy sessions are 50 minutes in duration. Extended sessions are available where appropriate. Therapy sessions are £180 pr session, ILF Neurofeedback is £165 pr session (block packages for neurofeedback available, see FAQ section).

Beginning Therapy
If you are ready to engage in a more focused and committed therapeutic process, you are invited to begin by booking an initial consultation or first session.

This work requires commitment, but offers the opportunity for a meaningful and sustained shift in how you experience yourself, your relationships and your life.
