Private Therapy
Whatever little or large niggle you have; feelings of depression, anxiety, panic, stress, overthinking, emotional overwhelm or distress I can help you. My therapy covers relational issues, sexual and romantic difficulties, as well as family and friendship struggles. It’s hugely distressing and confusing when you don't feel right or when relationships don’t go well. My focus is on what you need in order to feel better, less distressed, more confident and clear about yourself, others and life in general.
I see clients between 8am and 5pm in the weekday via Whatsapp video, Teams or Zoom. It is possible to request in person sessions. Each therapy session lasts 50 min per session.
Depending on your goals I recommend you start with weekly sessions. I am happy to discuss with you what might work best for you. As a rule of thumb, the longer and more deep-rooted something is, the longer it will take to change. Difficulties that are rooted in childhood are likely to take years to unearth and improve, not least because they are often unconscious and not readily available to your mind.
I tailor your therapy to your situation, drawing on cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and dynamic interpersonal therapy (DIT), as well as systemic, compassion focused, psychodynamic and internal family systems thinking. I am trauma and neurodiverse informed, and will guide you through whatever psychological difficulties you are encountering.
